Swing gates

Swing gates generally envisage the use of two leafs which, anchored on the outer sides, rotate on the external axis to open and close. Leaf opening is usually inward towards the property, thus requiring a specific internal clearance.

Single leaf gates are also possible, but in this case always take into account that the leaf may be very long and heavy, and therefore must be avoided in particularly windy areas.

In the case of swing gates, the automation can be underground (the motor is concealed and therefore does not alter the appearance of the electric gate) or mounted externally (the motor is anchored to the pillar or column and connected to the electric gate leaf).

The first diagram shows installation of an underground automation (Metro), while the second shows a typical installation of a motor with articulated arm (Pop) and the third illustrates a motor with worm gear (Moby5000).
